Small Keepsake boxes are mailed, insured, through the US Postal Service at our flat rate of $11.00 per container to all US locations. We will put multiple Keepsake Boxes in one shipping container when possible. Your keepsake box will still arrive in perfect condition.
The Cedar Chests due to size and weight cannot be shipped by USPS. They will be shipped, insured, by an independent shipper. The shipper will be determined by the manufacturer based on the best service for the size and distance to travel.
Select the Keepsake box and cedar chest by size. Larger cedar chests have options of trays, false bottoms, and trim. Initials, name, or artwork can be added to the top of the box. We display examples of previous designs and have hundreds more to choose from. You may submit one of your own if you prefer. Personalization added to the inside of the lid is free.
Return policy is based on workmanship only. If there is breakage due to shipping, or a cut or deep scratch on the top or side of the box, the product will be replaced as it is the shippers fault. We file the claims.
If the box or chest should come apart due to workmanship, we will inspect the product because we guarantee workmanship forever. We do not take returns for items with designs on them, unless there is a problem with the box or chest itself, that is, workmanship.
Designs are to be confirmed and if needed a final picture can be emailed to the customer before the work starts. There are no returns accepted for customers who decided they did not like the design.
Refunds are cheerfully made upon request. The refunded amount will be the original payment amount less a 10% processing fee.
Payment for boxes without artwork is due at the time of ordering. Shipping charges will be added to the order on the cart page. For personalization, please enter the information in the comment box and provide us with some way to contact you by phone or email to ensure we understand how you want it personalized. Personalization is on the inside of the top. Personalization is done at no charge.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
Each individually hand-crafted and hand woodburned/oil colored cedar chest is beautifully made from personally selected cedar. Your Keepsake Box will preserve your treasures by the fragrant aromatic properties of cedar. Choose the size of the chest/box and art work from the standard designs we have in stock or check into having yours custom crafted. Your Quality Cedar Chest and Keepsake Box is finished with brass accessories. All large cedar chests have casters for easy moving.
